”We arrived at the hotel after mid-night with prepaid rooms. The lady claimed that none of our 4 credit cards work. Finally she managed to put them through "another program" - even then she claimed that problem is with our cards which we'd used and continued to use during the trip without problems. Next day found bed bug or some other animal in the bath room - see pictures. During the second day the TV did not work for couple of hours despite maintenance guy came to see it.
