âBeautiful location overlooking the river. Staff was very friendly. Mattress could be replaced. It sinks in the middle quite a bit. It was ok for a night, but would have been rough any more than that. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay!â

âIf youâre looking for a rustic camping experience, and this is your place. Quiet and serene with multiple wildlife meandering through the property, well maintain trails leading to forest and creeks, and a fast sky with plenty of stars. Josh handy is a great host who communicates well and is responsive to the needs of his guests. Altogether lovely I would definitely do it again. â

âThis place was very nice. It's close enough to quickly drive to downtown Cincinnati and many of the places we wanted to see. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe.The house itself was lovely. The view from the balcony and the living area were amazing. They had extra blankets and space heaters tucked in many places to accommodate different temperatures. It had a modern feel in an older home. All the beds were very thick memory foam.A couple of cautions. This house has a lot of stairs that are...

âWe travel with a pet, so you never know what to expect in a room, but our unit was clean with absolutely no odor from previous pets. There were a few repairs needed but minor things like patching ceiling post previous water damage. The only thing I missed was a hair dryer but would probably been given one had I bothered to ask. Beds were comfortable and price was very reasonable even with $25 pet fee. Would stay again.â
