”Nice place. Asked the office for an iron and an ironing board so I could iron my dress shirt, but they only had an iron (no ironing board), so I had to figure out how to iron my shirt without producing more wrinkles. Also, I expected there would be shampoo in the room but there wasn't. ”

”Love this cute little hotel when we're traveling to Santa Rosa for medical visits. Got a textured top sheet that was a bit clingy this time, but the beds are comfortable, bathroom clean, and a nice continental breakfast awaits in the morning!”

”My room smelled musty like old smoke. My sheets were stained and had burn marks. My 2 towels were stained and I was given 1 towel to replace and it was stained. The floors were dirty with black soot. My knight table was dirty with sticky drink. There was gum on the bathroom floor. Hair on my sink, dirt marks in the shower. Soot around the back of the toilet and on top of the shower. A manager tried entering one of our rooms without knocking and wasn’t able to because the security latch was on....
