”This was one of my best experiences traveling to Kyoto. The staff at check-in were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean, and cozy. All the amenities were conveniently located, and we easily found everything we needed. We were traveling with our 1-year-old child, and having an entire house to ourselves—including space to store a stroller, a tatami room, and a proper bathroom—made our trip especially comfortable and enjoyable.”

”Although this property was an old nice machiya they updated it with a nice bathroom. But the beds were really comfy. I didn’t care for the location because it was far from bus and train station. It’s a long hot walk with all our luggage. Overall I probably wouldn’t stay again because of location but the inn was really great. ”

”Amazing location, room 1 had view of Yasaka Pagoda right outside the window. Units were very comfortable and had everything we needed, small kitchen, laundry and wonderful bathroom with soaking tubs. Staff was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. We stayed with kids and another family. One thing to note, because of tourist crowding on the street it’s not possible for taxi/uber to get right to the hotel, you need to walk a bit to get there. Fine for us but just something to know.”

”Not the easiest place to find, would suggest a sign between the two other buildings, it’s opp the Police station. At the rear of the front buildings. However once you have found it, the accommodation is great. Easy walk to buses or taxi to wherever. Great place would recommend, just remember it’s down an alley!”
