”Never got to stay because my flight was delayed with the weather. The plane was re-routed to Charlotte overnight. The staff was not helpful in refunding. I contacted Expedia and mentioned my mother had recently died, reason for my trip. The motel still would not refund because check in was at 3:00pm and I called at 7:30pm with information regarding weather and flight changes beyond my control. Stinks that I couldn't get a refund”

”The staff were wonderful, helpful, and amazing. This property appears to be a work in progress with great efforts made to rehab it from a prior state. It was cleaner than I expected and quieter than I expected even though it was full to capacity. Shout out to Michael at the desk for service above and beyond.”
