This 40m² flat for 4 people, located on the ground floor, has a separate bedroom with a queen-size bed and a bright living room with a double sofa bed (160x200 cm) and offers all the facilities you need for your comfort. There is also a fully-equipped kitchen area (dishwasher, coffee machine, induction hob, microwave, etc.) and a modern shower room with walk-in shower and WC.

Wi-Fi, television, fan in each room, Bluetooth speaker, etc.



This flat also has a 10m² private garden opening onto the residence's garden, facing the sea and offering an exceptional view of the islands and, for those who love kitesurfing, windsurfing or wingfoiling, the spot!
