”We had only 1 criteria for booking a stay which was it had to gave a pool and hot tub. We were in Bend to ride bikes. Post ride hot tub was a priority. When we get there the pool hot tube area was gated and required a pass key. The host provided no pass key. When confronted the host gave me a song and dance then suggested I flag someone inside the area to open the gate.We paid for a hot tub, we shouldnt have to act like dirtbag ski bums poaching a hot tub.
