”Needed a place to stay for a long weekend. Location, room cleanliness and parking were great, the rest of the experience was not. The elevator wasn't working, the south building gets lots of car and motorcycle noise at all hours, and the breakfast was not very good (despite what some other reviewers have said). To top it off, we had to get our room key reprogrammed every day because they stopped working and we were never asked for name or ID prior to the key being reprogrammed.”

He is a fantastic person who was more than eager to share his knowledge about Avanti and the history of that era. I was astounded with the massive amount of history on the walls, in the rooms and on the tables at Avanti Museum and Guest house!!

Odor in room led to an early change of room. Malfunctioning television remote. Malfunctioning elevator. Unvacuumed and unswept floors. Unchanged sheets in beds on arrival. This property would be ok for a quick in and out party vibe, but would not recommend for a family and multiple days.”
