”Stayed here for the F1 races, not to far from downtown Austin. Staff are very helpful and everything was clean.”

”Second time staying there. It’s affordable and comfortable. I would just say the AC is terribly loud. Hard to sometimes fall asleep. Other than that for the price it’s pretty neat. Love the indoor pool and the bar.”

”The manager! Yelling to guest!!”

”This property while in an interesting location was top notch. The cleaning staff is amazing i stayed 7 days and slept through one of the cleanings (day after my birthday) left the room about 1:30 in the afternoon not expecting them to return my room was in complete disarray and when I returned at about 10 pm my room was spotless they even tucked in my son's stuffed animals and folded his blankey which he absolutely loved. I work 3rd shift and they did not even make so much as a lound noise...

”The staff was lovely. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is run down. peeling wallpaper, mildew in the bathroom, bathroom hook missing so no where to hang a towel. The bathroom light fixture was even partially pulled off the wall. My room only had a lamp on one of the bedside tables, and it flickered. When I arrived it looked like the room had been cleaned, but there were still hair balls on the floor.”

”Great stores within walking distance to eat or shop. Staff was great and the room was clean and comfortable.”

”Staying at this Best Western Plus was a great choice for our trip to Austin! Traveling with a pet can sometimes be expensive and a little challenging, but they made the experience easy and stress-free. The affordable $20 pet fee and pet-friendly accommodations were a big plus. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, even on a very busy Halloween night. We really appreciated the warm welcome and great service throughout our stay. I'd definitely stay here again the next time I'm in...

”Very clean and updated room. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was one of the better I've had from most other hotels. Didn't quite agree with having to pay for parking at the location considering the price that is paid for the stay. Wasn't expensive, but something like that should be comped.”

”At checkin Greg was most gracious! I recently had knee surgery and we’d been up since 4 AM and really wanted to check in early! Greg made it happen!”

”If you need to be in the area of the Domain, then the property is in an excellent location. Unfortunately, the hotel is very run down and needs lots TLC. The breakfasts were awful and both mornings the pastries were gone an hour prior to the end of serving and were never restocked. The breakfast options were very few as well.”

”Great views of Lake Travis from the private balcony! Very comfortable bed. Good shower pressure.”
