”Your employees were friendly, courteous. Your manager that was on when I arrived at 7:30-8:00 pm was helpful. I rated the cleanliness under par because there was a long black hair in the bathrub/shower and there were pubic hairs clearly visible on the edge of the tub. That is terrible. I did not leave a tip because of that. I usually leave tips to show appreciation for a job well done. Also, I was expecting to have WiFi and there was none.”

”It was clean enough. I appreciate that there is no carpet, but the washroom floor really needs a scrub.
There was trouble with the phone in the room, like no dial tone at all at one point.
There was NO BREAKFAST.
The sheets appeared to be clean and there were lots of towels.
