”The first room had a lot of hair on the bed. The second room also had hair. You had to lay the bed yourself with the sheets they gave you. The next day you put up the cleaning sign. The staff only arranged the bed. They did not change the sheets. They did not clean the bathroom. They did not change the towels used. They did not replenish the courtesy articles (soap and shampoo).”

”Hotellin piti olla alle kahden kilometrin päässä keskustasta mutta se oli yli viiden kilometrin päässä sieltä. Ränsistynyt, vaatimaton, ei aamupalaa, hinta lähes 100 euroa yöltä. Olen yöpynyt parissasadassa hotellissa ja tämä oli hinta/laatusuhteeltaan ylivoimaisesti huonoin milloinkaan.”

”It was a good stay for the price especially. The room, sheets, and towels were all clean. The gall that greeted us when we came in is very nice, in fact everyone that we interacted with is friendly. We just stayed a Saturday night...there was a club there with music but it wasn't too loud and I like that music; my partner can sleep through anything so overall it didn’t bother us at all. ”We booked one night over the weekend and we got a message on Wednesday evening saying the hotel could not accommodate us. We’ve been trying to contact the hotel to issue the refund and reached out to the expedia team and they’ve sent a request to process the refund but the hotel doesn’t not answer nor do they respond. We ended up having to pay more for the last minute change for our weekend and this was no ideal and very inconvenient.”

”I was in town for an Alaskan cruise with my uncle. I had booked (and paid extra for) the bigger room with the sofa bed. I received instructions for after hours check-in, which had me assigned to room #1. When I showed up at 11:45pm and attempted to enter my room, it was locked.
