COST-EFFECTIVE EXTENDED STAYS

When reserved and documented from the outset for 31 consecutive nights or longer, the stay is generally not subject to the City of Riverside’s 13% transient occupancy tax. This may reduce the overall placement cost for insurance/ALE, relocation, and temporary-housing stays. Any applicable taxes will be determined and displayed by Vrbo.

We welcome insurance/ALE placements arranged by adjusters, temporary-housing coordinators, relocation specialists, corporate housing providers, restoration companies, and families displaced during home repairs or remodeling.

THE HOME

This move-in-ready, approximately 2,674-square-foot home is situated in a peaceful residential neighborhood and accommodates a maximum of six registered guests.

Sleeping arrangements:

• Primary suite with king bed
• Second bedroom with queen bed
• Two additional bedrooms with full-size beds
• Ground-floor bedroom and full bathroom for guests who prefer fewer stairs

The primary suite includes mountain views, a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and separate restroom area.

Up to two cats or dogs may be accepted with prior approval. Please provide the number and type of pets before booking. The applicable pet fee will be displayed at checkout. Guests remain responsible for pet-related damage or additional cleaning.

STAY REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum stay: 31 consecutive nights
• Maximum occupancy: six registered guests
• Primary renter must be at least 25 years old
• Signed rental agreement and government-issued identification required before check-in
• Only guests included in the reservation may stay overnight
• No parties, events, or large gatherings
• No smoking or vaping inside the home
• Quiet hours are from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
• Exterior-only security cameras monitor the driveway and outdoor perimeter; there are no indoor cameras
