Cozy Scandi Boho Getaway with Massage Chair and BBQ

Our home offers an open layout that provides a nice setting for entertaining and gathering. As you enter, you walk into a sprawling living room which then flows into a large dining area and the kitchen. Our spacious backyard is a perfect space to enjoy the SoCal sunny weather.

Lots of love was put into this beautiful home as we have been carefully designed to assure the comfort of your stay. We hope you will adore and care for this home as much as we do.

***HOUSE RULES***
- Check-in: 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM
- Checkout: 10:00 AM
- Self check-in with smart lock
- We do charge an extra guest fee of $35 per guest per night after the fourth guest (this will apply automatically from Airbnb)
- No smoking anywhere on the property. Neither cannabis nor cigarettes are allowed. VIOLATION OF THE SMOKING RULES WILL RESULT IN AN IMMEDIATE CLEANING CHARGE OF $300.
- Quiet Hours 8 PM - 8 AM.
- No access to the garage.
- No shoes in the house
- Guests visiting are not allowed. Unauthorized Guests visiting or staying overnight (adults and children) will be charged $35 per guest/per day AND will need all the extra guests to leave immediately in order to keep the reservation.
- Unauthorized pets (including service animals) visiting or staying overnight will be charged $75 per pet/per day.
-The groundskeeper comes one time per week on Thursday to maintain the front yard.
- Please let us know if anything breaks in the house.
- Tampering with our security system will result in immediate termination of your reservation.
- Checkout after 10 AM will potentially result in an automatic charge for the next night.

PETS!
$35 per pet per night will be manually added (NOT INCLUDED in your nightly rate), please let us know how many pets you have before booking.
- Please not allow them to be on furniture or beds.
- Be very conscious of their barking outside, since noise travels far!
- Pick up all poop!
- Never leave them unattended inside or outside.

CHECK OUT TIME!
- Throw all trash out.
- Wash dishes.
- Empty the refrigerator.

***HEALTH & SAFETY***
- Security camera/recording device — “We have two cameras facing the front porch, one camera facing the garage, and one noise monitoring device in the entryway near the living room.”
- Please keep all the doors and windows all the time to avoid any uninvited animals or insects coming into the house.
