”Communication barrier due to foreign workers. Was there 4 three days with my baby and was given hand towels for bath towels stating they were out. It was a great price for a twin room. Clean-no bugs. Bad water pressure. Front desk was hard to deal with. Overall good stay for the money. Need ENGLISH speaking employees!”

”Pros:
Check in was a breeze and front desk staff were very friendly and helpful
Room was well stocked with everything you would need
Room was clean and bed was very comfy
Cons:
Bathroom sink did not drain properly. It was backed up and hair came back up the drain that belonged to previous occupant. We had to brush our teeth and wash hands in the kitchen sink.
All the towels had a lot of lint which stuck to our skin and pajamas”

”Overall, our stay was nice. I think the price was a little high for the size room we had. Also would've been nice to have a small microwave, but we did have a mini fridge, which was nice. The room was clean, the bed was comfy, and the A/C worked like a dream. I didn't sample the breakfast. My husband thought the choices were lacking but said the food was still good. The staff were also kind and welcoming.”

”While my room was initially clean, housekeeping did not come for 2 days; needless to say garbage piled up.
We had to leave early due to an untimely death in the family; because I made the reservation through Expedia, Marriott would not refund any money. I will have to rethink reserving a room at Marriott in the future.”

”It's like a TEMU Wyndham .. has the name but is like a cheap knock-off that just doesn't fit right
The check-in was rude. I showed up 10 min before check-in and was informed that she normally would charge me $30 for early check-in, but this time she would let it slide. Then proceeded to lecture me the whole check-in about how hotels only do check-ins between 3-4pm. I finally replied that was why I was there only 10 min early.
Then got to room and it smelled like "fart", I assume mildew....

”The positive ratings and descriptions of this hotel were highly misleading and did not reflect the actual condition of the property. Based on my experience, the hotel appears to cater more to long-term occupants than to travelers, particularly those arriving through the nearby airport.
The overall cleanliness of the property was significantly below acceptable standards. The guest room had poor air quality, and the air-conditioning system appeared to contribute to an uncomfortable environment....
