”Rooms are so clean, modern, and the prices can't be beat! We got a king LAKE view and it did not disappoint. Morning sunrise and can boat/duck watch from my bed.Stayed during the weekend of the Havasu Xmas Boat parade and the Sat/Sun rate was total $220. A steal! This place should be busier. Everyone is friendly and the property is gorgeous 😍 come stay here vs. Havasu and you can enjoy the best of both worlds w/ferry!!”

”I was in Room 6. There is a room above so I could hear them walking around, but that's to be expected in an older building. The water pressure and quick hot water were great. Thoughtful touches like cookies in the room, bottles of water. Great hairdryer, parking right in front of room, Mexican restaurant next door was very good.
