”Luxurious boutique hotel!”

”There is no one in the office to check us in. The wifi doesn't work. I contacted staff and they texted back "I will check now". The next day I asked back and no response. The original text asked us to take trash out to the dumpster next to the house, but there isn't a dumpster. The hot tub and pool are both empty and dry. There are lots of ants and spiders in the rooms.”

”The room in general was not very clean”

”One person in front of us to check in and it took almost an hour because the one person working was first on a break and when she returned she did not know how to use the computer system. Then even though I paid for a suite they put us in a standard room. It was such a nightmare checking in I didn’t want to deal with it anymore.”

”We’re Ace Members and stay here all the time, usually checking in between 3 & 4 pm. Although check in time is 4 pm, we’ve never had a problem checking in a little earlier. The last two times @ approximately 3:30 we were told there was not one room available. They have 340 rooms and we see the cleaning staff cleaning rooms at 9 am. So they were obviously lying to their us. There are other hotel/casinos that do this to their customers to keep them in the casino for a longer time. Not cool. We were...
