”We enjoyed our stay and didn’t have any problems while we were there. This a self-checkin place, so we didn’t meet any staff but everything was well explained and provided in advance that we didn’t need to contact them. The location is also a few minutes from the village, which is very convenient. The one thing that we were not prepared for was the coyote screams in the middle of night, but now that we know how they sound like we won’t be scared next time.”

”Getting into the room was very frustrating and the code they gave didn’t work. We did message the facility and it was quite a few minutes before they responded.There was an employee of the restaurant that let us in. The Air Conditioner didn’t work and the room was 91*, it made very uncomfortable to say the least.”

”The fireplace worked,but the jet spa didn't, the blinds need replacing & the other window was above the tub,so hard to get to. The mattress was so old & lumpy, I hardly got any sleep, the lazy boy chair didn't stay extended. The Location was great, the area was serene & quaint. Accessible to downtown & restos.”

”They charge a $100 "Cleaning Fee and the floor of the room was dirty with not only regular hair but also pubic hair. Gross. Didn't even wasn't to shower.”

”Such a beautiful home base for us as we toured Joshua Tree National Park each day. It was our little oasis. I was traveling with a childhood friend, so we chose the Sonoran Traveler for the two bedrooms. Beds were so comfortable. Beautiful light coming in all day long. A lovely courtyard for sitting and reading and having coffee. Nice to have evening air coming in-- windows on three sides of the unit (including the small bathroom window). We didn't use the AC since temps were not too hot and...

”Carpet was very dirty. Walking around in it barefoot gave us almost black feet. It need to be deep cleaned. Staff was very friendly and helpful though.”
