”My stay with family is great, but They just need to put more curtain on the windo, because is really bright in the morning. The room is really huge with big couch that i think you can open become another bed, and you can find extra pillow and blanket in the drawer.”
”Everything is "unique" about Captain Grant's!...The perfect hosts Carol and Ted; the ambience; the beautiful furnishings; the cozy room with all the amenities; the absolutely fabulous breakfast w/ mimosas, pancakes with real maple syrup and blueberry topping on a exquisitely, complete totally antique, setting table arrangement; all the available extras...beer, wine, coffee. tea, brandy in the room, etc. A most wonderful experience”

Evan was an exceptional host/chef. He gave us a tour of the home and the history. The breakfast in the morning was incredible from the homemade apple cranberry muffin to the Greek Italian Mac & Cheese Spinach Souffle. We would highly recommend this B&B to anyone looking for a quiet, yet close to town place to stay. ”

”The beds and pillows are comfortable. There is ample parking. The people working at the hotel are super friendly. Shahid went above and beyond to correct a few issues I had with the room like a drain stopper and iron. This hotel is in the same parking lot as the Mystic Diner that has a great atmosphere and great food. Across the street is the Old Mystic Village shops which you can walk over to. I was planning to visit other parts of CT, but added an extra day because it was such a nice area. ”
