”The Novel House was very convenient to Zion NP and all the restaurants in Springdale. The staff were very friendly and helpful with questions about the park and the town of Springdale. The rooms were wonderfully decorated in various themes of authors. Safety and security was excellent. Parking was right on site and readily available.”

”Beautiful lodge! Gorgeous views, very spacious room. The in-room fridge was big enough for all our food and drinks! Discounts to the Zion Village stores and restaurants was a huge plus!! Staff was just awesome and super helpful! Perfect place to stay!! They even left us a heart on the bed made of rose petals for our honeymoon, and the chocolate truffles were a very nice touch!!”

”We enjoyed our stay at Red Rock Inn. We were warmly welcomed and we got good tips of what to do in Zion. The cottage was cozy, clean and beautiful, and we loved sitting on the terrace. Delicious breakfast was served at Oscar's Cafe nearby.”

”Not sure what the hype is about this hotel; we were pretty disappointed for the cost. The location is good, but the rooms feel dated and drab. The air conditioning unit barely functioned, which made it difficult to get comfortable after a hot day in the park. There was also a strong smell of gas near the back units and laundry facility, likely emitting from the nearby tank. Overall, we were underwhelmed and would not recommend this hotel, unfortunately.”

”Everything about the hotel was great. Large pool with plenty of lounge chairs for parents while the kids played under the large fountains. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. The location is only a 2 minute bike ride from Zion National Park. Great stay.”

”We had the hiker's room, and it was by far the smallest room I've ever been in (maybe 8x10 not including the bathroom). We had two twin beds with a dresser in between. There was about a foot and a half at the foot of the bed to the wall. We would have had more room without the dresser. Bathroom was also small. Walking around the property, it was pretty and well kept. Looked like all the units were small. Conveniently located. Easy walk to find food and close to park entrance.”

”A few takeways from our stay: Location: The stay is East of Zion so it is about 27-30 minutes to get to the Springdale entrance of Zion. Amenities: Restaurant on-site available for breakfast at 7 am, lunch, and dinner. S’mores are available at 7-9 pm. Coffee and to go snacks and sandwiches are available starting at 5 am. Yoga was available and board games too ! Recommendation: Consider starting breakfast earlier than 7 am to allow guests to beat the traffic and find close parking to the...

”This place is great. The suite came equipped with almost everything needed. Well designed and executed. The only complaint we had was the noise coming from children running upstairs, but everything else was perfect. The pool and spa are 10/10”

”The front desk staff could not be more helpful. Natalie was great. The breakfast was bountiful and the staff were buzzing around working very hard to ensure that all folks had everything they needed. The location is beautiful and extremely convenient to the Zion shuttle. The pool are was well maintained and such a beautiful spot to sit an enjoy the views of the mountains all around you.”

”Upon check in we were told that parking is $20.00 USD per day. Wasn’t very happy about that. I reviewed my Expedia booking and in the information it said parking available amongst other details such as internet provided as well. I rely on the total cost function of an Expedia booking when budgeting/planning and shouldn’t have to dig into the fine print where it says there is an additional al fee per day for parking a car. I’m sure that 99% of travellers into Springdale arrive by car and do...

”Second stay at this nice hotel. Convenient location, very near to Zion NP. Rooms are quite small but clean. I appreciated the floors without carpets. I would prefer the actual breakfast (like it was before) instead of a bagged breakfast. There is not many chairs and tables to eat the breakfast so it is not very enjoyable. On the other hand the breakfast bag was easy to take to hike.”
