When we opened to window for some relief, the screen was taped and allowed bugs to get in. The carpets hadn’t been vacuumed and had stuff on them. ”I travel a lot, and this was the dumpiest hotel I’ve stayed in by far. The common areas were shabby. Our bathroom door didn’t close and the shower didn’t work. It’s hard to rate the cleanliness because of how decrepit the walls and floor were. The breakfast consisted of waffles, muffins, yogurt, bananas and juice. Usually there was no one at the front desk. I will never use this hotel again.”

”Very clean, looked new. Checking in was frustrating, I didn’t get the email with code and room number so had to call to get all that, the lady was very patient and nice. After we got it figured out it was fine but very strange with no management on the property. I had to call about the WiFi password. But it did work. The shower was very hard to adjust the temp. Only two K-cups, we were there for 3 days. The next day I was able to ask a room cleaner for some more coffee and towels, towels...

”I rented the cheap room, it didn't have a refrigerator, it didn't have a microwave, something that in any motel there is because it's the basic, even a motel of 40 dollars has it and this one that cost 115 no, not to mention the quilts, I think they were dirty and old from what it looked”
