”The place was not professionally cleaned! Closet doors/blinds/screens/entry doors broken. Sheets dirty. Refer dirty. LARGE oil stain in driveway. This home is NOT up to VBRO standards. Terribly disappointing. Should not be made available until inspected by VBRO to confirm it is up to standards. We took video to avoid being charged. Had to clean and wash sheets to be able to stay. Owner was responsive and said sorry not up to your standards, you can leave and apply for a refund if you don't want...

”Overall the manager was good to work with. We had no trouble accessing the property or getting what we needed. However, the home had a distinct smell (musty-covered up smoke) that lingered throughout the house. Also, the main bed was very firm, little patting, and very squeaky. It was also hot in the house. The house comes with window AC units and ceiling fans, however the window AC unit in the primary bedroom was very loud and made a whiny sound, making it hard to sleep with. ”
