”A beautiful and well-lit Victorian home in a wonderful neighborhood, conveniently located near many of the best attractions in Shreveport and Bossier City. The room was very clean, and you can tell a lot of care and thought has gone into the B&B. Our host John was incredibly generous, providing plenty of snacks, coffee and toiletries. We unfortunately missed his famous breakfast due to time constraints but we highly recommend staying here!”

”Can’t blame it on the weather, pool was not staffed for Spring break, was unfortunate but windy and rainy weather previous had the pool like a ghost town. Lovely facilities and the hot tub was hot. Was fun.”

”We arrived late and the front desk staff were not welcoming though we paid well over $200 for a room for one night. The room was dirty, I saw a hair on the small towels, finger print on the bathroom door (gross) and the bed was made but looked like someone sat of it as there were prints. Again, paid $200. I called down twice and got put on hold and then called again, no one picked up. We were so tired from the drive I just couldn’t deal with the staff. The pictures of the room are exaggerated,...

”Nicely renovated. Not much of a breakfast. Staff was very nice. Loud by the freeway.”

”Room 126 was clean and the bed was comfortable. The walkin shower was tricky but only because it was my first time. The shower rail fell due to one of the holders having a gap. I was able to get it back on but hopefully it gets fixed soon. Tge staff were very polite and the breakfast was solid!”

”There AC in our room was broken the TV didn't work the lights blinked they didn't do anything to fix it no refund nothing ”

”The first room we were in, the air did not work. Moved us to a different room no problem. Next morning we only got to take 1 shower, there was 3 of us, the shower was a walk in shower ansmd it flooded the bathroom and out to the front door. We had a mess to clean up because the shower did not drain well. We were on our way to a memorial service and 2 of us did not get to shower. The property has refunded our money. The beds were comfy and everything else was great for us.”

”TV didn't work - had to change rooms because it is tied into the billing. maintenance team tried to fix it. Then were fine. Breakfast made my husband and I sick. Could have been the greasy thin bacon that was way overcooked. The new room had a bathroom faucet that had very little water coming out of it. We called maintenance and the guy came looked at it and decided it was the faucet filter that needed changed. He changed it and we didn't have any more problems with it. The thermostat on...

”The staff was excellent. The room was the pits. There was no closet in the room. The mattresses were totally broken down one chair and it was broken. The alarm kept going off, but no instructions on how to turn the alarm off so we unplugged it when we checked out, we expressed how unhappy we were and she offered to return our money if she could, but she said it had to go through you so I’m somewhat hopeful. I will be hearing from you about a refund. Thank you.”

”Only reason I did 4 stars was because we kept having issues with the tv and the dryer wasn’t working. Other than that I enjoyed my stay.”

”The room was decently clean, there was no coffee or coffee maker. There was no shampoo in the shower. The most inconvenient thing is that we weren't informed that the only elevator they had wasn't working ”

”Rooms need renovating. Furnace was old and hard to regulate air/heat. Room was humid. Shade was broken therefore no sunlight was able to come into the room. ”

”no the room wasn't spotless in that someone had patched a sheetrock square (shoddy job) and left the sheetrock dust on floor molding and floor, really? Also, they want you to be responsible for damages like most hotels and there was a crack in bathroom sink where somone had dropped something very heavy. Alll I could do was report it to desk that i had not done it.. Get it fixed or replace it. The entire neighborhood had closed / run down hotels across street and nearby...not a good sign.”
