”One night stay on the way from Niagara Falls to Chicago. First finnish people in this hotel. Clean and good beds in small Charlotte village.”

”Comforter had urine on it, bathrooms were filthy.”

”The room was nice and shower ok. The breakfast was poor: scrambled eggs, sausages two mornings, bacon once. White toast, no vegetables, dry oranges, only jam to put on toast, so no cheese, turkey or something like that. Juice ok, coffee ok. ”

”The shower floor was as slippery as a hockey rink, with no curb, so water got out on the tile which made that slippery too. I was supposed to get a 6:00 AM wakeup call...that never occurred.”

”Clean room. Front desk cheerful and quick check in and check out. Breakfast was good and included. Will come back again.”

”They canceled our stay without stating the reason. In the message they told they refunded our money. They never did Eventually after 2 weeks we got our refund from Expedia after several attempts to reach the hotel. It was the graduation week and our booking that we booked 3 months before cost us $90. Immediately after cancellation their relisted our room for $260. Total scammers. Their phone number they list is a cell phone number that goes straight to a voicemail. Avoid.”

”My only complaint, mildew at the bottom of the shower. Everything else was great.”

”The staff was rude and impatient”

”The staff was very customer oriented and very friendly. The inside of the building (including our room) was very clean and well maintained. The only issue was a funky stale odor when you enter the room. They could use another chair in the room. All & all a very nice place.”

”I've stayed at days in before, and received great customer service. The staff was not helpful at all. I had several rooms because we were there foe a graduation. They had cheaper rates the day of and would not honor there current rate. The hotel rooms looked as if they were all under construction. Two of the rooms had broke. Faucets. The tub was filthy. Stains were on the sheets in two of the rooms. I will never stay at this location again.”

”The staff was very helpful, the room was clean. Only issue was a family with young children was outside our window talking and playing on riding toys after 12am.”

”Very ran down place needed a place to stay within budget however smelled bad and was not clean unless you like 60’s furniture and microwaves on top of ottoman, broken tv beside a new tv with one channel, and cockroaches I would not advise staying here. Poorly maintained fire sprinklers painted over and lots of dust and webs dirty carpet not very inviting. Just being honest here.”

”Great hotel, great breakfast, clean and pretty rooms. I thought the bed was too firm for my comfort but my family member liked it. It was quiet and the staff were helpful. Pay with a credit card though.”

”I loved the cleanliness of hotel and the many things we had access to, our studio room had a refrigerator and also a sofa bed that was very convenient we also had green apples available if needed and hot tea and coffee if needed to relax/kick back. Our staff was wonderful. The breakfast was so fresh and tasty.”
