”I was a week in villa Bamboo and it was great choise. Beautiful courtyard, pool area and surroundings. Exquisite and practional interior. The rooms are very beautiful decorated. Cleaning was fine and generally clean everywhere. Just wifi connection could be better. Especially my mind is missed kindness and warmth. Staff are very helpful. ”Loved that the villa was homely but luxurious, having its own personal pool in the back yard. The villa had all the requirements of a home and the washer/dryer was very useful. ”the owner was very helpful, everything worked well, but address on Google maps is not showing the right house (the house is in the next block), we had to call the owner twice to navigate us. Just one incorrect info in the description of the appartment on Hotels.com - the mattresses are not comfortable (with lazy foam), but standard mattresses. "The place is very beautiful and the property is brand new. The staff is not very welcoming, not everyone is able to take customer service to the level they should. We would recommend some serious staff training to ensure the level of service matches expectations. However, there are many members of the staff that are very helpful, but the diversity is too big."
