The completely equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, ample counter space, and all the necessary cookware for your culinary adventures. After a day of exploring, sink into the plush bedding in one of our two tranquil bedrooms, each with new beds for a restful sleep. The highlight of our chalet is the private, year-round hot tub overlooking the picturesque lake. As a waterfront property, you have direct access to the beach and a fire pit with chairs for long evenings spent roasting marshmallows. Guest access Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire house and all its amenities, including the private hot tub, deck, and waterfront area. Your stay will be completely private as the space is not shared. The only area that is not accessible to guests is the garage. Other things to note * **Lake Access:** The property has direct waterfront access. The water is very shallow near the shore and becomes much deeper further out. We recommend bringing beach sandals. * **Watercraft:** A pedal boat and double kayak with paddles are available in the summer. While some life jackets are on-site, we strongly recommend you bring your own to ensure a proper and safe fit, especially if you plan on using the kayak. * **Amenities:** We provide towels for the hot tub. The tap water is drinkable and supplied by the municipality; please be aware it may have a slight odor at first, which is normal. * **Fishing:** Fishing is permitted on the lake.
