## Space

Welcome to the Upper Level of Villa Tamarin, a 200-square-meter space designed for families and groups dreaming of a stay in Martinique where comfort, panoramic views, and the good life blend seamlessly.

From your terrace or deck, the view is simply breathtaking: the Bay of Fort-de-France, the mountains, the Pitons, and the sugarcane fields unfold before you like a living painting, from sunrise to the evening lights.

Upstairs, the 30-square-meter master suite is a true haven of serenity: a king-size canopy bed, a walk-in closet, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a separate toilet. Two other air-conditioned bedrooms complete this level, along with a second modern bathroom.

On the main level, the spacious living area opens onto the terrace and deck. The fully equipped open-concept kitchen, the oak dining table, and the bright living room create a welcoming space where you naturally gather after a day at the beach or on an excursion. A fourth air-conditioned bedroom and a separate toilet complete this level.

Outside, the private above-ground pool awaits you at any time of day. The tranquility of the residential neighborhood, perched on a hill overlooking the Rivière-Salée plain, reinforces this feeling of being “above the world,” while remaining just 15 minutes from the south’s most beautiful beaches, shops, and the island’s must-see attractions.

The villa is fully secured and features five parking spaces and a fully equipped laundry room.

Villa Tamarin (650 m² of land) can be booked in its entirety (Upper and Lower Villa, with an ideal capacity of 10 people; 14 people possible)

## Access

Villa Tamarin consists of the upper and lower levels of the villa, which are independent and located within a fully secure, fenced-in compound.
You will have the upper level of the villa all to yourself, complete with its terrace, deck, garden, and above-ground pool. It features completely independent access with no direct view into the lower level of the villa.
You may need to share the parking if the lower level of the villa is rented at the same time.

I will be available throughout your stay to offer advice and ensure your stay is as pleasant as possible.

## Neighborhood

A quiet residential neighborhood, away from the main roads. The development is situated on a hill overlooking the Rivière-Salée Plain and Fort-de-France Bay.
Exceptional views (sea, mountains, Pitons, sugarcane fields…).

## Transit

Private parking is available. Please park inside the property and not on the street.
There is a bus stop 200 meters away with service to the Rivière-Salée bus station.

## Notes

You can park up to five vehicles on the property, but it will require a bit of driving skill ;-)

A security deposit of €1,000 will be required. This will be processed via a credit card pre-authorization. For this, we use the secure online service Swikly, which allows you to submit your deposit online without any charges or impact on your credit limit.
