”Our room was located on bottom floor. Between the noise from guest above us and city noise, we didn't sleep very well. They only offer coffee in the lobby. They did offer breakfast before covid. It would be nice to bring it back. Our mini fridge was stuck on freeze mode and almost froze my insulin before I saw it had been turned all the way up! In the bathroom the toilet was low to the ground causing a trip to the toilet an experience. When taking a shower, water temp very nice, but the shower...

”Hotel is under construction police were there because a women's stuff was stolen from the hotel room smelled like cat piss they moved us at 12am to another room called us early in the morning and said they wanted to move us again the manager was not empathetic at all and wanted actually charge us extra we left a day early because we couldn't take it anymore aaaallll while on our father's day weekend and to top it all off they charged us for the night we weren't there so we r in dispute now....

”The staff were friendly and helpful. They were understaffed the day of check-in, so I got access to my room almost at 5pm instead of 3:30p. I had called in advance and I had been told if I arrived at 3pm it should be ready. So I was in the parking lot for almost 2 hours. I was hoping to use the pool one of the days I was there and that is partially a reason I chose this location, but the pool was green and uncleaned.
