”The check-in process was easy. The staff was helpful with explaining all the amenities.
Paying ahead for breakfast is a little different. I order it from their onsite restaurant and leave my room number. Compared to a buffet the portions are smaller, but the food is better and produces less waste.
The room is well decorated and has some decent space. The TV is a nice size, and it has a space for my laptop with conveniently located electrical outlets. There is a nice lounger next to the window....

”I was stying here for business trip. Very good quality for the price. If you travel by car and are looking for a place only to stay for thw night this is a good choise. In case on holiday, place is a little remote. Free brekfast is great with even warm cuisine. No bar, no lunch and dinner service. No beer or wine.”

”The location was great! Very close to TX114 and Southlake (where we were visiting). Chuck and his fellow co-owner were both responsive and nice. Since we were only at the house at night, we had very little in terms of needs. We were in town for a family funeral, and therefore, seldom at the house.The overall condition of the house left a LOT to be desired. I'm guessing the house has not been fully renovated in 30-40 years. There have been a few attempts at improvements, but they fell far...
