”These are the perfect old time cottage motel rentals. Rooms are basic, but have everything you need with a mini fridge, microwave and coffee pot. Lovely pool and diect beach access via property stairs over dune. Vacationers are friendly, sitting outside on their own front porches. Feels really safe for family and dog friendly!”

”My stay was wonderful. The location and hotel room were great. My reason for not giving excellent for everything is because the breakfast is awful, very disappointing as it is not healthy. The packaged muffins and pastries are loaded with sugars, there is no bread or bagels. Others shared in the breakfast room their disappointment about the breakfast. The coffee could be improved as well. Most travelers look forward to great coffee and breakfast they can enjoy especially when it's continental....

”Booked the last room available at late notice. Located in Manteo which is away from the beachiness of the OBX but conveniently located to get to things north and south easily. Manteo has a cute downtown and things to explore on its own. The hotel is a historic house and inn that has been totally updated.
