”Disappointing in most ways. Had to get my key reset several times. The hairdryer was broken and the bathtub looked very worn. No in room safe. When I called the front desk, the cord for the handset was frayed and barely useable. The onsite laundry was available but the laundry detergent dispenser was jammed. The side door was not secure at any time of day or night, the automatic lock didn’t work. The staff did the bare minimum and was outside smoking most of the time. Breakfast selection was...
