”The night of our stay our flight was delayed. When we called the hotel (several times with updates) the front desk attendants were helpful and kind. Finally, after arriving late into the night, we were greeted warmly by name. The entire property was clean, modern, and fresh. Breakfast was a notch above the normal hotel fair. We left feeling energized even, despite the weather delayed flight, causing a little less sleep than hoped for.”

”Looks very pretty. However handicap baths they are not. I am sure they dont meet ADA standards. You have a high tub to climb over to take a shower and no vertical hand rail to hold. A plastic chair in bathroom was so wide would not fit in tub.”

”Really clean rooms. Concierge staff was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. Cleaning staff was too quiet, ignored our greetings, maybe pay them a bit more? Overall experience was great! Parking lot was clean and easy to access, in-out privileges 24/7.”

”I will say this is the 2nd time I stayed here since I had a great experience the first time. I even paid more this time because it was a good first impression. However, I am not sure if it because I was on the first floor, but this time around it was loud and I felt uncomfortable being by myself. I would give it a 3 1/2 stars. I am not sure I will be staying there for the next time I go to see my daughter at school.”

”We stayed here for a trip to holiday world. We encountered some hiccups but the staff made all the difference. They were able to address the issues with care and consideration that really made me feel seen and heard. I can't say enough about their customer service.”

”Positives: Comfy beds and pleasant staff. Negatives: The air conditioner rattled and the floor had bugs on it. The worst part was how loud the upstairs guests were until 4am. I got no sleep. I reported this to staff twice, but nothing seemed to change. There was a family of 7 above me bouncing balls on the floor and jumping off beds all night. I won’t stay again.”

”We checked in at 4in the afternoon. When we walked in the door at the end of the hall it smelled like smoke and I thought maybe someone was cooking in their room. But we realized it was a smelly food being cooked in the breakfast area. I believe it was Indian food. I didn’t want to smell that or have that smell in my room. There were not enough towels for the two of us, and they don’t clean daily so you have to go to the front desk for extra towels. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would give it a 4...
