”Loved this hotel! From Des Moines but been gone a LONG time and wanted to try a fun new hotel. This place was perfect for my wife and I. Location is perfect, staff were amazing, and the room was really fun. Was a bit worried about some road construction going on during our stay but while we could hear some noise, the blackout curtains and the comfy bed helped us sleep in. We will definitely be coming back here for our DM trips!”

”We purchased the breakfast and early check in and out. Our reservation said resort credits but since it didn’t say what those credits were we didn’t get the breakfast we paid for. This was very disappointing to pay extra and not get it but I feel this is expedias fault not so much the hotel’s since Expedia did not specify those credits to the hotel. Very disappointing since we splurged for a date not away from our 5 kids which rarely happens.”

”No hot tub, pool was a bit cooler than we liked. We had a cupboard door that was needing hinge repair, which I requested twice but no repair was done. Everything else was great! Room was nice, beds comfy, pillows were awesome! I was able to get shuttle service to the airport very early. I requested extra coffee, creamer and plastic forks which were promptly delivered by the staff. Elevators require a room key to go anywhere except main lobby, so the room areas were fairly secure....

”As soon as I walked into the hotel, I was greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. Gina was by far the sweetest young lady. She explained everything to me and showed me where the elevators were at as well as making sure I was comfortable. The room was all that and more! The bed was super comfortable and the breakfast was delicious! I would definitely be back here when I visit my best friend again! 10 Stars if I could rate it that high!”

”Great location, plenty of parking nearby in a large garage across the street, friendly staff (especially the morning breakfast manager gentleman), clean. The towel bar in room 709 bathroom is partially pulled from the wall. But the shower really needs work. There’s one of those half-door/wall deals that completely floods the bathroom floor. It’s really frustrating.”

”Expedia defaulted to my login name and last name on the reservation but we didn’t realize until we arrived. The lady at the front desk was super annoyed and short with us as we tried to navégate how to fix it. I had a receipt with my full correct name on it as proof and expedia called twice to confirm it was me and that they’d updated the name. I get the name has to match but she didn’t have to be so short with us. When as my partner and I talked amongst ourselves she would interject to say...

”Clean rooms, mini fridge and microwave, parking lot was under repair so had to walk to a temporary lot but other then that this was a nice hotel. Very close to downtown which was very convenient.”

”The only that I liked about the hotel was that the bed was comfortable. The rooms had that damp moldy smell to them. The pictures were misleading from the website. They need to update the rooms. The bathroom had dirty tile and there was someone’s fingernail still in the floor. I won’t stay here again and I will not recommend this hotel to any friends. The staff were great and friendly tho.”
