”Excellent accommodation and wonderful hosts We had the pleasure of spending three days and three nights at Arcadia Lodge in Russell and truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. The lodge is exceptionally well maintained, spotless, and clearly run with great attention to detail. We would especially like to thank the fantastic hosts, Greg and Peter. They were always approachable, provided us with many great tips for activities in and around Russell, and made us feel genuinely welcome throughout...

”The room, bathroom and kitchen were all clean. The bathroom had a lovely rain shower with marble tiles. Comfortable bed with quality linen and pillows. The host was very polite and accommodating. ”

”Hieman taajaman ulkopuolella oleva hotelli. Varausta tehtäessä kannattaa varmistaa, minä näköala luvataan. Pihanpuolen huoneiden näköalat ovat olemattomat. Minun "sea view" -huoneistoni sijaitsi talorykelmän päässä ja oli todella rauhallinen. Merinäköala oli rajallinen, mutta terassi oli iso ja lisäksi vielä takaparveke. Nettiyhteys oli huono ja monimotkainen käyttää-”

”Very cozy motel, spacious rooms. Gentleman in the reception very friendly. Good location. Only minus thing is that the WIFI didn’t work at all in bedroom, only in the livingroom side. Also, same problem that can be found in many hotels: no plugs next to bed where you could charge the phone during the night and use alarm clock. ”

”For the three days we were there, the Wifi didn't work. My husband needed to do work, so had to use his hotspot. We hung up our towels to reuse; but housekeeping took them away, and didn't replace them. We had 1 towel between us the day we left. Also, no coffee plunger in the room...just instant coffee:(”

”Well appointed room and lovely welcome from owners on arrival. Really good views of Russell township and the water / boats. Only thing I would say, bring some strong legs if you plan on walking - the driveway is STEEP hahaaaa. Had a very pleasant stay (5 nights).”

”The hotel was nice and clean. We booked an extra night and had to change room, all went smoothly. There was a seaview as the neach is really close. Also a nice small poolarea. Staff was very friendly. There was no restaurant, but we had very good breakfast in a restaurant next door. ”

”Excellent; well equipped, and comfortable! Wifi, although fibre…not good..no wifi in the bedroom, lounge area very bad at night!”

”Room was very nice. Hot tub was comfortably warm, but the interior really needed some work and upgrading. Also, the internet went out for an hour or more which was a bit frustrating. The grounds are lovely and it is near to town. Overall, I would still recommend it.”
