”Great weekend in the old farmhouse (built in 1760). Quiet and relaxing with everything you need - just bring food, the rest is there. House was spotless and stocked with everything you need from crockery and cutlery to pots and pans, firewood, braai grid, fire lighters and even matches. TV with full DSTV channels was a bonus to watch the rugby. It has 2 separate bedrooms each with a bathroom and can sleep 9 people. Highly recommended. ”

”We had a nice relaxing stay at the cottage. Good location close to good restaurants and museums. It was home from home, somewhere to relax for a couple of nights. One night we ate in the next we went out. In a nice quiet street with private parking and gardens. Would definitely stay there again. The owners looked after us very well.”

Perfect hot shower/water, with both indoor and outdoor braai. Great views of the mountains, lovely shaded porch, great trails to walk on the farm and dams to swim in.”
