”We loved this home. The view outside was fantastic. The only issue was that there was a musty (maybe cat?) scent in the air and we’ll all got allergic reactions. The furniture inside could be a bit more comfortable but we enjoyed our stay.”

”We've had a lovely stay at this villa. Best way I can describe it is as an authentic Italian experience well away from tourists and the beaten track. Easy to get to Rome though ( train from Zagarolo ) and we can recommend the Hydromania water park too, a 40 minute drive away. We spent most of our time relaxing and the pool was brilliant for our children and we hardly spent any time indoors. A big thanks to the owner PierPaolo and to Angelo the gardener.”

La piscine est un plus qui se complète avec les journées de repos Routes et chemins de montagnes, cela peut surprendre , il faut être à l’aise avec cette conduite surtout le soir … mais les petits villages qui les surplombent sont authentiques et magnifiques . La situation de la maison, permet de découvrir les sites les plus proches à découvrir Rome , Tivoli et nous sommes allés jusqu’à Pompéi ! Incroyable ! Souvenirs gravés à jamais ,...

”A very peaceful and convenient location. Restaurants and supermarkets are within 5-10 minutes drive, and the train station at Colleferro (about 15 minutes drive) provides a train service into the centre of Rome. The villa itself is like a home from home; comfortable and well stocked with everything you might need.”

”Overall nice, with great outdoor patio, pool, and view. Furnishings need updating, kitchen not well stocked, Refrigerator didn’t work and no oven was an inconvenience. Bathrooms are small, especially showers. But we enjoyed our stay and it met our needs.”

”Een goed uitgerust huis, ideaal voor de 2 gezinnen waar we mee op vakantie waren. 2 gedeeltes onder 1 dak. Een gedeelte voor 4 personen, en een gedeelte voor 6 (1 slaapkamer met een stapelbed). In het gedeelte voor 6 plaats genoeg om met alle 10 te eten, binnen of buiten op het royale terras. Goede communicatie mogelijk. Van alle gemakken voorzien, luxe afgewerkt. ”A beautiful house in a great location. Due to the higher elevation there is a pleasant climate, it does not get as hot as in the surrounding area. The house is well equipped. We assumed when booking that it is a four bedroom house, however, it is two separate units (a duplex) with two bedrooms each. Since our children are younger, we all stayed in one house, which was also sufficient space-wise for the five of us. The garden is just wonderful. Teresa is very nice and friendly, had excellent tips...
