”The house is a beautiful old Italian house with high ceilings with wooden beams and tiled floors. Everything in the house worked pedfectly- wifi, hot water, screens on the windows, kitchen and bath. ”Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Marisa empfangen. Die Unterkunft ist eine kleine Oase mit Pool. Ein traumhafter Blick auf die Landschaft aus dem Garten und Pool. Das kleine Bergdorf Chiusdino ist einfach süß, die Menschen sehr herzlich und liebevoll. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen und sicher gefühlt. Die Lage ist sehr gut, so konnten wir viele Tagesausflüge unternehmen. Wir können es wirklich weiter empfehlen und kommen vielleicht mal wieder zu Marisa und Paolo in diese kleine Oase. ”Es ist eine komfortabel eingerichtete Wohnung eine Querstraße vom Strand entfernt. Die zusätzliche Duschkabine im Garten mit Warmwasser vermeidet Sand in der Wohnung. Leider ist der Garten sehr feucht, was viele Stechmücken zur Folge hat. Man kann quasi nicht draußen sitzen. Die Fenster sind aber alle mit Fliegengittern ausgestattet. Das Mobiliar ist teilweise sehr wackleig und sollte ausgetauscht werden.”

In 15 bis 30 Minuten kann man mit dem Auto viele wirklich lohnenswerte Ziele erreichen. Auf dem Grundstück ist so gut wie nie Zivilisationslärm zu hören. Richtig gut zum abschalten. ”We had a lovely week-long stay in this property. It's located just outside the small village of San Dalmazio up a long, private dirt track. The property itself is spacious and rustic with plenty of amenities, including bikes, a barbecue and pizza oven. There are two bathrooms and three bedrooms (two doubles and one twin). ”The appartment can be reached by car, but a SUV is highly recommended as the road is "offroad" quality". Valentina offered help whenever we needed help. The appartment does NOT have a washing machine, but Valentina helped with an option to wash in the other appartment. The kitchen equipment could be improved. Ther location is fantastic and calm.”
