”Really nice apartment, only about 10 min uber to the center or 30 mins public transport. The check in was so seamless and everything was as advertised. Would definitely go back again.”

”This is a great property in an annex of the main house. Barry and his wife have really taken great care with the decoration and presentation of the property. Very spacious and met all expectations, nice bathroom with toothpaste, razor, deodorant, soap and shampoo all available. Similarly the new kitchen was well stocked with bread, butter, jam and eggs, tea, coffee and milk, not to mention the red and white wine and bottles of beer. I couldn’t have been happier and great value for money. I’d...

”Good”

”Everything was great and very convenient! The location was excellent, and overall, I really enjoyed my stay. The only thing I would suggest improving is the pillows. I had read other reviews mentioning them and thought they would be okay, but unfortunately, they were very flat and not fluffy or comfortable. Better pillows would definitely make the stay even better. Another suggestion would be to provide an easier way to contact someone in case of an emergency or if immediate assistance is...

”Yes, there are many shops near the location, and there are halal food outlets. ”

”Very good”

”The flat is spacious and clean, well located near the high street with plenty of restaurants and shops. We really appreciated all the clear instructions in the house manual and the basic kitchen supplies the hosts had left for us. Checking in and communicating with the host was very straight forward. Overall a very comfortable and uncomplicated stay. Thank you!”

”Nice and clean spacious apartment.”

”The apartment was excellent, very clean, we were very comfortable and had a good weekend, the recommendations for restaurants were good, we visited The Pearl and had a brilliant meal, we also visited Babbo, the Italian across the road and had excellent meal too. The check in and out was good and the property manual was detailed. One thing that we had trouble with was finding the apartment as the postcode wasn’t that helpful to know where it was, we didn’t know that 7 Butt Hill Court was on New...

”Lovely apartment. Clean and well kept. Everything we needed was ready and available with a shop very close by. Thank you very much.”

”The apartment was great and worked well for my business trip in Manchester. It was a great size and all the fixtures and fittings were of a decent quality, comfortable bed, sofa etc. My only gripe was the expensive parking to the accommodation (this isn't the fault of the accommodation) and also the smell of 'sweet tabacco' coming from a neighbour, this was a challenge since it was so warm and I wanted the wonder patio doors open. Would recommend to anyone.”
