”Room was clean with wi-fi & a new 55 inch smart TV. A new microwave and mini-fridge were also included. Bed linens were clean and comfortable. The shower had new, wall mounted dispensers for shampoo conditioner and body wash. Very friendly check-in lady/manager. Better than most of the motel chains at a great price.”

”Admittedly, everyone knows you get what you pay for, but I could not recommend this hotel to anybody! While there was a relative amount of cleanliness, the place was outdated and substandard! Our room had a nasty smell to it too!! The worst and most disappointing feature was the breakfast. Everyone knows what a standard included.Breakfast is like but they didn't offer anything other than pancake batter to make waffles.In a couple small boxes of cereal. ”Clean room, cold AC, nice & helpful staff. Breakfast a big plus just wish there were more protein options other than just sausage patties and the “fake” scrambled eggs. Yogurt and fruit was available and there are plenty of options in carbs. We will stay here again when we are in town for a ball tourney.”

”The property needs updating. Staff was friendly. One tiny bar of soap for two people. No shower soap. No hair dryer. One queen was lumpy the other fine. Parking was good. Breakfast was underwhelming. No fresh fruit, although there was signage for such. We got to breakfast at 7:20, scrambled eggs were just about gone. Barely got a spoonful. Although they had a sign for pastries, there were none. ”

”Room smelled musty, bathroom floor was very dirty, several chips in bathtub, overall did not look clean. Hotel is definitely showing its age and badly needs a major renovation. This is the worst Holiday Inn Express and Suites I have ever stayed at. Will not be returning.”

”The facility was average and that's okay. Everything was clean and comfortable. A few deficiencies. Tissue box was empty. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner bottles were all empty as well. ”Family suite was perfect. Hotel was up to date and clean. Staff was amazing. They baked fesh cookies, offered free coffeez tea, hot cocoa and flavored water. We will definitely stay here again. ”

”Was disgusted by the entire process. Upon checking in they couldn’t find my reservation. Somehow he made it work. All I can really say is that the ac was cold and the bed was that uncomfortable. Bed skirting was dirty and pillows and towels were stained and I swear they didn’t replace the pillow cases because one of them had makeup smear all over it. I was told the room was non smoking but it stank of cigarette smoke. The floor felt dirty and grimy. I don’t think they have a made service....

”The room smelled like mel dew. The air conditioner was not working so we called the lady at the front desk and she come down and checked it.She was absolutely amazing with us. She got it to come on once and then it stopped.So it stayed warm in the room all night. When you took a shower, the water filled up in the tub and would not drain.And when the water did come out, it was very, very little.”
