Thanks to my past guests who have made hosting a pleasure. Entire lower 1 bedroom apt with separate entrance. One queen size bed and a comfortable floor mattress. Safe area close to all - shopping and dining. Wegmans and our new Starbucks are .6 miles away. Close to RIT U of R and other colleges. You can be assured of a clean welcoming space where your privacy is ensured. To this end - NO PARTIES AND NO GUESTS THAT ARE NOT LISTED WHEN BOOKING!! Unless otherwise discussed
The space
This house was home and office of one of the first doctors in the area close to 200 years ago in the days of horse and buggy. The house is brick with multiple additions which make it about 4000 square feet and was converted into 4 apartments more than 50 years ago. This is a cozy - in a good way - apartment with a large bedroom and updated kitchen. Full shower in bath. Private entrance. The bed has a latex topper so you will be very comfortable. Guests who plan to work from the apartment generally use the kitchen peninsula or the dining table. I have owned the house for over 40 years. I lived in the house until recently and am now 1.4 miles away - very close if you should need something.
Guest access
Please park facing the black iron fence (or the backyard - whichever you prefer) I will message check in instructions on the morning of your arrival. You have access to the private fully furnished apartment. The kitchen is stocked with basic cooking supplies. There is a smart tv and leave one take one bookshelves. Coffee and tea is supplied as well.!!
