”Check in was really quick. I selected a room with a pull out couch which we immediately pulled out once we got in. There were dirty bottles and someone’s sock left behind the couch. I went down to the front desk to ask for more towels (on my reservation I selected 4 people but there were only enough towels for 3), to ask for linens for the couch because there were none, and to tell them about the couch situation. The man at the front desk was super apologetic and helpful. Within about 5 minutes...
