”We were very pleased with having this house to return to every day. We were here for Dr. Appointments for 1 month and this was perfect. It had everything we could have wanted or needed. We loved the trails right outside the door that can take you all over the city. Great location and very nice neighborhood.”

”Everything was incredible. My husband was being treated at the Mayo Clinic and this place was perfect. Extremely clean with every comfort you would want. Best bath towels I have ever used. We had groceries delivered and an eight minute walk to the clinic. We will be returning.”

”It was perfect for our family reunion. We had a gathering on Thursday evening… a memorial time for 2 members of the family who passed away earlier this year. And a pot luck on Sunday with many of the family attending. The 3 car garage was great, as the weather was a bit windy & cool, especially, on Thursday evening, so we had to close the garage door. It’s a very nice place.”

”Just keep in mind that the property is very old and so are all the appliances and furniture. When I say old, I mean clawfoot bathtub old. It’s not bad- they all seem to work fine- I just wasn’t expecting that based on the pictures. The house is also set up pretty weird and there are a lot of stairs so keep that in mind if you have mobility issues. Other than that, can’t complain. The place is very clean. The renters seem very nice. There was a moment in which the water needed to be temporarily...

”This home is a perfect find for anyone staying in Rochester, particularly conducive to Mayo visits. The home is well maintained with great views and an easy walking vicinity to many attractions.”

”We spent 6 nights while visiting Mayo. House was clean, comfortable beds, great linens (super fluffy bath towels) and well stocked kitchen. Close enough to walk to Mayo, which we did on several occasions. We enjoyed the back porch and fish pond too.”
