TV cable did not work well. guide not lined up with the TV channels on the TV. I forget a pillow and you were helpful in retrieving it from my room and having it at the desk for pick up by a friend of mine. Breakfast was good value for overall price paid. As was the guest room. ”I came to this hotel with a friend for a zen retreat. The space is brand new and well designed but the staff seemed a little inexperienced and like they are still figuring things out. The sauna was broken which was something we were looking forward to. The room was very spacious and the beds were so comfortable. The rooms are not very sound proof for anyone who is a sensitive sleeper. The robes in the room was a nice touch. Overall a good stay and great value for weekday rate but I would have...
