”Super clean, great lobby and hangout areas!”

”we are elderly and we were booked in a third floor room. The elevator did not work during our entire stay. plus the room key they gave us did not work. I have a bad back and my husband has bad knees. we had to do 3 trips to bring up our luggange and get a room key that worked. This was unacceptable”

”The room and the cleanliness were great. The person who was supposed to cook the hot portion of breakfast didn’t show and the staff disappeared so they didn’t even explain what had happened. I would use this hotel chain again. It seems all businesses are plagued by poor employees now”

”Really nice stay - the breakfast was fun (breakfast tacos with eggs, plant-based chorizo, salsa bar) and other more typical options (oatmeal, bagels/breads, etc.) Plenty of dairy-free options too if that is important to you. Nearby to lots of restaurant options and easy to get on the interstate.”

”Upon check-in, I discovered human waste in the toilet of my first assigned room, #311. When I reported this, the staff member on duty was visibly rude. After being moved to room #208, the same individual became argumentative regarding the room type and ultimately slammed the door on me. Due to the significant health concerns, I felt unsafe and checked out immediately.”
