”The suite was clean, well-maintained, and reasonably priced. It was equipped with a large refrigerator, a small stove, and a microwave. However, the absence of basic kitchen utensils (such as cutlery and cookware) limited the usability of these amenities.
Additionally, a $100 security deposit was required. Although this is outlined in the property’s policies, it is significantly higher than the industry norm (typically $15–$25). I recommend that guests verify the deposit amount prior to booking....

”There was a live water bug in my bathroom. The renovations looked a bit unfinished i.e. seams, paint, windows. The lock on the door was loose. The beds were fresh and comfortable. The ice machines aren't on every floor. The walls are paper thin. The breakfast was disappointing; bagels, cereal cups and fruit juice. The furniture was nice and modern. Checking in and out was seamless. The location is excellent. Overall my stay was not what I'm used to.”

”NO airport shuttle. They called an Uber for us. They failed to give us our breakfast vouchers for prepaid breakfast. After paying $12 for 2 crappy cups of Starbucks coffee, we went up to front desk and had them double-check. Oh yeah, you did prepay for breakfast-here’s your vouchers. But, we were told we would not be reimbursed for the coffee.
We had prepaid for the room. But, GEE surprise, surprise they billed us twice. We have had to dispute the charge and it’s currently being investigated by...

Huoneen olisi pitänyt olla 33 m2, mutta se oli korkeintaan 10 m2. Todella suuri pettymys!!!! Lisäksi meille neuvottiin huoneeseen meno niin, että auto piti viedä rakennuksen taakse, sitten nousimme portaita 3:een kerrokseen, kävelimme 2 pitkää käytävää ja siellä olisi ollut hissit, jotka olivat ihan lähellä respaa, mutta vain koska sen pään parkkipaikat olivat...

”Clean and updated room close to the airport. Left before breakfast, would have been nice to have breakfast to go. Dropped rental car off at airport day before flight leaving and walked back to hotel. I could have used airport shuttle, but opted not to. Plenty a nice restaurants close by. The shuttle to airport was quick and east with a pleasant and helpful driver.”

”The bathroom wall had damage from a past issue. The repair required drywall patching, which only had the first coat of drywall mud on it. It looked terrible and I could not believe that they would re-install the towel rack over it and consider it rentable. They did offer another room but it should have never gotten to that. No ice maker worked and you had to get ice from the restaurant.”
