”On this site and the hotel site there was no where to indicate that we would be bringing our dog. Upon check in I was told I was booked for the king bed I had requested but it was on the 3rd floor where pets were not allowed. Was told I needed to be on the 1st floor but no “king” rooms were available, only queen. I then asked for the difference of $20 and was told they couldn’t do that since I had pre-paid. Why not just hand me a $20. Total B/S ! ”

”Great location, safe and great hotel”

”Rooms were pretty musty upon entering. Desk staff was noticeably standoffish. Rooms were nowhere near as cozy as pictured. ”

”Everything was great except for the WiFi. The signal was weak and we were only 50 feet from the lobby on the ground floor. ”

”Its OK considering the inexpensive cost per night. The room was clean with the exceprion of a dead wasp under the bathroom vanity. Lobby staff was professional when we checked in, although not a particularly happy greeting...note: a smile and a "Hello" instead of just a straight faced "Checking in?" greeting goes a long way towards good customer "first impressions". Room amenities are minimal but adequate for a night. Overall, its OK.”

”The room was clean. Hotel was in great condition with beautiful water views. Only issue was that they ran out of coffee in the lobby both mornings we were there. I think they'd benefit from some additional checks of that amenity to ensure it's full.”
