”I really don’t know where to start it was great from beginning to end! Ricky was a 10/10 host everything you may need he was there to accommodate. Easy communication, friendly it almost felt like staying with a family member. The stay and the pool is beyond beautiful the pictures really don’t give it justice it’s a really massive backyard! We had a pool party for brother who got out of the army and it was enough space to fit everyone. I’m telling you now to look no further THIS stay is the place...

”The host was very responsive and interacted well. The house was perfect for my event. I was able to host a family celebration for a graduation. It was the perfect amount of space for everyone to be comfortable. The only issue was the heating and cooling system but as mention earlier the host was so responsive it never became a big issue. I would definitely book with this host/ property agian.”

”The Loft at Jackson Lake exceeded every expectation! Doug and Vicki are fantastic hosts and they’ve built a wonderful property at a really unique setting within the Washington DC area. ”Excellent home base location for any Fredericksburg area activities. Quiet and peaceful street and home. Pictures in listing are an accurate representation. House had all of the essentials, and both bathrooms were the cleanest bathrooms of any rental I've ever stayed in. Host communicated well, left plenty of instructions where they might be needed, and even left snacks with a personal note. A very good experience - thank you!”

”We spent a fun weekend at this property. Having lived in the area for 16 years I have driven by this gem countless times, always admiring it but I could never have imagined how nice, how peaceful a property it is. It's conveniently located close to everything but nestled away for privacy. The game room was a hit, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen well-stocked with everything you need for meals. I highly recommend it and will be glad to stay here again. Cheers! ”
