”When I returned to the hotel after a day of softball, my intentions were to take a swim, and relax in the hot tub, but with the teenage party going on in the pool area, my hopes were dashed.”

”Hotel was great. I prefer no carpet but that’s okay. It is tornado season but I had no idea where the storm shelter was or even what I should do. Breakfast was very nice. I wish they had evening snacks Monday-Thursday instead of Monday-Wednesday. I found it odd when they asked me if I need housekeeping services. They only clean every other day if requested. I placed my trash in the hall each day. Overall a great place.”

”Our room was clean, beds were comfortable, and the view of the Mississippi was beautiful. The pool and pool area were clean and a welcome sight after traveling all day long. I have pictures of how disgusting the bathroom was, but since I booked through expedia the hotel wouldn't return any money if we left early bc it was a 3rd party booking. There was so much mold everywhere in the bathroom and you can tell that they epoxied over the tub (didn't do a good job) they just caulked, epoxied, and painted over everything. ”I am extremely disappointed. What you see online is not what you will experience in person. First, the pool is abandoned as if no one has used or maintained it. Second, the hallway rugs are musty and dirty. Third, the bathroom tub water does not go down and the tub is dirty. 4th there is a lot of dust in the room specially under the bed. Finally the breakfast barely has any options and wasnt fresh.”
