”Breakfast was good. It claims heated pool but it wasn't heated. It was very clean and bed was comfortable. Staff was polite”

”The front desk person checking me in was not at all helpful. Barely looked up. Not busy, only me. Might have been having a bad day, but certainly showed it in her attitude. Just gave me the room key and told me where the elevators were. That was the extent of our contact. Did not explain a annthing else regarding the hotel or amenities.”

”Great breakfast! This is one of the main reasons I chose this hotel. The pool was drained, the elevator was so touchy that it was not usable half the time and the beds were HORRIBLE. Yes bedsss. I tried 3 beds. I tried taking 2 comforters and folding them in half to soften the bed a bit but that really didn't help. The pillows literally smashed down to nothing instantly. I love holiday inn but there's no way I'm doing 4 days like that ever again”

”Breakfast menu was decent.nothing super special The rooms were a little bit dated, but they were clean the outside looks fresh. However, the inside needs a bit of a remodel parking lot is plenty and it shares aside with a construction site. Overall of the menu price it was a decent stay ”

”Addie at the front desk was amazing!! We were early and my brothers room was ready and we were not anywhere close together but she worked and got us a joining room and I was also able to check in early. She was just so sweet and had a positive energy about her. She just made my day! When we checked out the guy at the front desk was also so nice. I didn’t get his name. Just a great group of people. The lady at the breakfast bar was also very nice. Loved by stay there!!😊”
