”Place was as advertised. Great location: 30 second walk to the beach, 5-10 minutes to the main business area of town.Really good collection of cookware, all the necessities plus a slow cooker and griddle.No issues with communication. Would rent again.”

”Loved this house so much, it was a perfect home for us! Everything was so nice and thoughtfully designed for guests. Toys, kitchen essentials, beach gear-- this house had everything we could've wanted! ”

”This was the most perfect beach house for our entire extended family. It was clean, it had a ton of toys and entertainment for kids, it had space for the adults, and it was exactly as described. The things we loved most were the supplies provided, the double washer/dryer, the multitude of beach towels, the sand toys, the outdoor heated shower, 2 refrigerators, and the care taken to make the home inviting. We are already planning return trips”

”This is a wonderful quiet property! It is fully equipped for all needs — big kitchen and open living space make spending time as a family so comfortable. Big bathrooms and laundry space. Everything was super clean. We so appreciated the easy check-in and check-out process and being able to communicate with the owner. This was our first time in this property, having stayed in other neighborhood rentals, but hope to stay here again! ”

”This is a great beach house! Well appointed kitchen, clean, and with easy beach access from the backyard (steep stone steps) or a ramp one block over. The view is amazing and even though the house is next to a restaurant and near the public beach access it's quiet (even on Labor Day). It's our second time staying here and we would definitely return. ”

”This home was very comfortable for 13 adults and 4 kids under 5 years old. Another bathroom would have been nice, but... The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes and cookware. The best kitchen we've ever had. Only needed a small saucepan. A few issues, the ice maker and water on the fridge didn't work and the master bathroom light annoyingly flickers.I hear the grill was difficult. Cleaning wise, it could have been searched better for former guests belongings (toothpaste tubes, clothing)...

”Location was great! Our family had enough space to spread out yet also feel like we were able to enjoy spending time together as well. We loved our daily walks on the beach and coastal excursions north and south of Rockaway. We would stay again!”

”The house was exactly as advertised and the ocean views are amazing! The house has a great variety of amenities with the board games, lots of extra blankets, pancake syrup, Brita pitcher, etc. And the crow's nest is adorable! We had a really great, relaxing time. Thank you!”

”Well equipped with plenty of space. We all enjoyed the pool table, ping pong table and hot tub. Location was ideal with ocean front access right from the deck. Nicely adjacent to Rockaway Beach, Tillamook, Manzanita, and Cannon Beach but without the crowds!”
