”Clean and comfortable. Bed was incredibly comfortable. Nice bar and a very good restaurant. Staff was very professional at all levels. Minor complaint is that the room had things like towels, coffee pot, tissues, etc. . . all stored on bottom shelves just above ground level. I am tall, 6 ft 1. It was difficult to bend down and figure out where everything was and how to make a cup of coffee. I did not like this design. Also, no spare blankets. Otherwise, very nice hotel.”

”This hotel is next to an event space that played extremely loud music all night way into the morning. I was unable to get any rest. I checked out in the middle of the night. As I was checking out I was told that I could not be refunded for my stay. I stated that I was not trying to get a refund I just wanted to check out. I was not offered any type of discount and no apology. I feel like the situation could have been handled differently. I wouldn’t stay here again. ”

”Room was fine for a quick stop to get a good night's sleep before running out to railfan up the road at the nearby Ashbury tracks and then drive back north. Our roomkey said breakfast was served at 6:30 am which we had planned in but when we went down the doors closed and a woman came out and said it's nit ready yet and would be at 7am. Unfortunately, that was disappointing and would not work for us and our schedule so we didn't get the value of a free breakfast as planned. Maybe she could have...

”Pleasantly surprised by this hotel. From the outside didn’t look anything special, more like a 2 star hotel. Inside was very clean, staff was extremely helpful, positive, with a constant smile on their face, ready to help in any moment. My stay was during the Kentucky derby and even though the hotel was full, staff was still friendly. Breakfast was fresh and tasty and the room was very clean. Great place.”
